Comprehensive Auction Service
Tierney's Auctions and Appraisal Services handles every aspect of the auction from marketing to clean up, handling all up-front expenses such as advertising and labor. The owner or agent is completely free of even the smallest detail. Fees are based on a percentage of the gross sales amount, plus expenses.

Consignment Auction Service
Clients may consign single items or small collections for sale. Fees are based on a sliding scale as low as 5 %.

Real Estate Auction Service
We also offer a complete real estate sales and marketing program. We will work closely with you, the seller or your listing broker to aggressively market and sell your real estate at auction. Our fees for real estate range from 2% to 5%, plus expenses.

Appraisal Fees and Services
