Our appraisal reports are delivered to USPAP standards which are preferred by law offices and insurance companies and fully meet all federal and state documentary requirements. We work with private clients, law firms, insurance companies and corporations.

Each appraisal report includes digital photographs, full descriptions, measurements, condition and value. Information about an item's history or the artist's background may also be given. Data on comparables is kept in work files or listed directly in the report for items valued at $1,000 or more. We wil also provide an electronic copy of the full appraisal with pictures by email or on a CD for your insurance agent or attorney.

A formal appraisal requires that we schedule an appointment to view the items in person. Our fees are based on an hourly rate for the time needed on site to document and photograph each item and for the research done at our office.

Identification and research: Armed with detailed descriptions and clear photo images, we are able to positively identify each item, which is essential to arriving at an accurate value. We then take that information and through our vast international research gather up-dated prices on identical or similar items sold throughout the world.
